Inorbit Mall to Open in Visakhapatnam, Set to Become South India’s Largest Shopping Destination

Inorbit Mall, set to emerge as a new shopping destination in Visakhapatnam, is scheduled to open soon. Developed by Raheja Corp, Inorbit Mall is the largest mall in South India. Designed as a regional mega centre, the mall spans 1.4 million square feet with a G+4 structure and has been built on a 17-acre site.

The project is expected to generate direct employment for around 4,000 people and indirect employment for nearly 8,000 more. Based on market dynamics and promotional strategies, the mall is projected to attract close to 15 million visitors in its first year of operations.

Inorbit Mall, Visakhapatnam, has been conceptualised as a comprehensive shopping and entertainment destination, offering retail, dining and leisure experiences under one roof. The mall will house nearly 350 brands across lifestyle, fashion, athleisure and food categories. The food and beverages segment alone will occupy around 15% of the total mall space.

The retail lineup includes international fashion brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Armani Exchange, Victoria’s Secret and Aldo. Jewellery brands like Tanishq, Malabar Gold and Joyalukkas will also be present. Leading anchor brands including Shoppers Stop, H&M, Next, Marks & Spencer and Croma will feature prominently. In addition, an Asian Allu Arjun Cinemas multiplex is being developed within the mall.
