Unfortunately, some real estate fraudsters exploit this aspiration under the guise of pre-launch schemes. Despite regulatory frameworks like RERA and increased enforcement actions, pre-launch scams continue unabated. Unscrupulous developers repeatedly trap homebuyers with attractive offers. According to unofficial estimates, pre-launch property scams worth nearly ₹3,000 crore were reported in Hyderabad’s real estate market in 2025 alone.
