Vasavi Urban Announces Block-Wise Handover Timeline and ₹7,000 Monthly Support for Buyers

Abhishek Chanda, Director of the company, assured that those who purchased flats in the Vasavi Urban project at Bachupally need not have any concerns regarding the handover. Speaking at a press conference held in Begumpet on Monday, he revealed the handover schedule for various blocks of the Vasavi Urban project.

He stated that Blocks 4, 7, and 10 would be handed over to buyers in April 2026, and the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for these would likely to be issued in July 2026. Blocks 5, 6, and 11 would be handed over in June 2026, with the OC likely to be issued in July 2026. Blocks 1 and 2 would be handed over in July 2026 and given to buyers in August 2026. Blocks 3 and 12 would be handed over in October 2026 and delivered to buyers in November 2026. Block 9 would be handed over in December 2026, with the OC expected in February 2027. Due to various reasons, Block 8, which has been delayed, will be handed over to buyers in December 2027.

Compensation will be paid

Vasavi Group Director Abhishek Chanda stated that if the delivery is delayed even after the TG RERA deadline, they will pay appropriate compensation. Considering the delay in handing over the flats, under Goodwill Support, the company will provide ₹7,000 per month to each buyer starting from September 2025.

Regarding Block 8, which was delayed due to a legal case, he said that buyers of this block will be accommodated in available flats in other blocks without charging even a single extra rupee.
