* Buyers paying EMIs for the last 3 years for a flat that is not ready
* No clarity on when the project will be completed

* TG RERA must step in and deliver justice to the victims

After the protests by Vasavi Group buyers in Bachupally last year, fresh protests were held in 2026 by buyers of Praneeth company in Puppalguda, Hyderabad. The situation of these buyers is extremely painful. Even though they paid money in 2020, construction is still incomplete. There is no information on when the project will be finished. The condition of the buyers is so bad that they are paying monthly home loan EMIs for an apartment that does not even exist yet. Yes, buyers are paying EMIs for a flat without construction. There cannot be a worse situation than this. Which company is troubling buyers so badly in Hyderabad? Where is this apartment project planned? Let us look at the details.

Diversion of Funds
Some buyers in Hyderabad are facing a very tough situation. For nearly three years, they have been paying EMIs to banks for a flat that is still not built, while also living in rented houses. The company responsible for this is Praneeth Concepts and Developers, and the builder is P.N. Suresh. The Praneeth Ambience project in Puppalguda was launched in 2020. However, buyers allege that the money collected for this project was diverted to other projects. Because of this fund diversion, the builder is unable to complete the current project.

Sold More Flats Than Approved
The builder planned to construct Blocks A to G. While only 115 flats were officially approved, the builder sold flats to 141 buyers. Not only that, extra floors were added to each block. Assuming that municipal authorities would not object, around 26 illegal flats were constructed. The builder collected money from all 141 buyers. According to buyers, money was taken from nearly 150 buyers, and additionally from about 50 investors as well.

Demand to Jail the Builder
Strict action must be taken by TG RERA against such builders who play with the hard-earned money of nearly 200 innocent people. Builders like P.N. Suresh, who have failed to complete a project even after six years and caused severe suffering to buyers, should be sent to jail. Only then will other builders in Telangana think twice before cheating buyers. Even now, TG RERA should take this case suo motu, take control of the project, complete the construction, hand over the flats, and fulfill the dream of home ownership for the affected buyers.
