Hyderabad's skyline could soon reach a new milestone, with plans submitted for a 72-storey residential tower in the city's eastern corridor. If approved, the project will rank among Telangana's tallest residential buildings and mark a new chapter in the city's vertical growth.
The developer submitted plans to the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). If approved, the project will rise about 245 metres, making it one of Telangana's tallest residential buildings. According to the proposal, the development will comprise 966 premium apartments, including 692 three-bedroom (3BHK) and 274 four-bedroom (4BHK) units.
The project also includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness centre, sky lounge, landscaped open spaces and multi-level parking. HMDA is said to examining the proposal for compliance with structural safety, traffic impact, environmental regulations and infrastructure requirements.
Given the proposed height, the project will also require clearance from the Airports Authority of India (AAI), along with approvals from other statutory agencies before construction can commence. Industry observers say the proposal reflects growing demand for high-rise residential developments in Hyderabad as land availability becomes increasingly constrained in key urban locations.
If it secures all statutory approvals, the tower is expected to become a prominent addition to East Hyderabad's skyline.
