Homebuyers looking for apartments, villas or plots across different budgets can explore projects and interact with developers at the 16th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show 2026, scheduled at HITEX Exhibition Centre from October 30 to November 1.

The three-day exhibition will bring together real estate developers, financial institutions and allied industry participants, with offerings spanning residential, commercial, retail and plotted developments.

Upcoming flyovers and improved connectivity between the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the city would be a game changer for Hyderabad, with the government planning infrastructure with a 40 to 50-year vision for Telangana, said Sreedhar Reddy Koppula, president of NAREDCO Telangana.

Property prices may become less affordable as major infrastructure projects take shape, making this the right time for buyers to purchase property, he said. With the market having consolidated, Hyderabad is positioning itself to compete with cities offering world-class infrastructure.

What to Expect at Property Show?

The property show has received 20,000 online registrations, and the association is stepping up online promotions to attract more visitors, Sreedhar Reddy added. A dedicated TG-RERA stall will be set up at the exhibition to educate homebuyers on verifying project registrations and approvals before investing.

Secretary general R. Venkateswara Rao said the show would provide homebuyers and investors an opportunity to explore projects across locations and budgets, interact with developers and obtain information on financing options to make informed property decisions.

State Bank of India, Central Bank of India and IDBI Bank will participate in the exhibition to provide information on home loans and financing. Building material suppliers and other allied industry participants will also showcase their products and services.

The event has secured support from sponsors across several categories, including powered-by, platinum, diamond, gold, silver and bronze sponsors, reflecting participation from different segments of the real estate industry.

NAREDCO Telangana Executive Vice-President Kali Prasad Damera said that the continued growth of the exhibition was supported by the participation of sponsors, partners, and industry members.

K. Gopala Krishna, Executive Vice-President of NAREDCO Telangana, noted that the range of projects showcased at the event reflected the changing requirements of Hyderabad’s property buyers.
