HMDA Sets September E-Auctions for 5.29 Acres at Neopolis and Golden Mile

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) held a pre-bid meeting for the upcoming e-auctions of premium land parcels at Neopolis, Golden Mile and Saroornagar, drawing participation from developers, real estate firms, investors and prospective bidders.

The meeting at T-Hub focused on queries related to the land parcels, development parameters and auction conditions. HMDA officials clarified the auction conditions, while MSTC representatives explained the online bidding process. Officials also highlighted the strategic location and connectivity of the Neopolis and Golden Mile parcels.

The Saroornagar Layout, spread across 4,356 square yards, will be auctioned on September 7, with registration closing on September 5. The Neopolis Layout, spread across 4.59 acres, and Golden Mile Layout, spread across 0.70 acre, will be auctioned on September 9, with registration closing on September 6, 2026. 

The participation of developers, realtors, investors and other industry stakeholders at the pre-bid meeting indicates strong interest in HMDA’s premium land offerings ahead of the auctions.

Srikanth Reddy, Deputy Tehsildar; Akhilesh Avinash, Partner, KPMG; and Jeewan Pandit, Director, KPMG, along with officials from HMDA, MSTC and KPMG.
