Property Pulse, Vizag: Andhra Pradesh will host the 29th Governing Council Meeting of the All India Forum of Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (AIFORERA) on September 24–25, 2026, in Visakhapatnam. Hosted by AP RERA, the meeting will bring together chairpersons of real estate regulatory authorities from across the country. Discussions will focus on effective implementation of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and sharing regulatory best practices. Delegates will also deliberate on measures to improve transparency and accountability in the real estate sector and strengthen protection of homebuyers, developers and other stakeholders. The meeting is expected to support greater coordination among regulatory authorities.
