Global Real Estate Delegates to Converge in Hyderabad for IREC 2026 from Sep 25-27

Hyderabad is set to become a meeting point for global real estate leaders as developers, investors, technology firms and property professionals from more than 35 countries gather in the city to discuss investment, technology and the future of urban development. 

The International Real Estate Conference (IREC) 2026, the seventh edition of the global platform, will be held from September 25 to 27 at HITEX Exhibition Centre. It is the first time the conference is being hosted in India and is expected to bring together more than 1,500 delegates from over 35 countries.

Discussions will focus on major shifts affecting real estate, including global investment flows, artificial intelligence, PropTech and DeepTech, sustainable development, future cities, changing workplaces and new models of property ownership and investment.

A key feature will be Collabathon, a B2B platform designed to connect Indian real estate projects with international investors, developers, professionals and business networks. The conference will also bring together an International Real Estate Conference, a PropTech and Real Estate Innovation Showcase, and a Luxury Property Expo.

Over two conference days, sessions will cover 12 themes, including cross-border real estate, sustainable cities, branded residences, affordable housing, real estate tokenisation, emerging greenfield cities and the impact of AI and hybrid work on workplaces.

International participation will include Realtor associations, developers, institutional investors, PropTech companies and business delegations. Kevin Brown, President of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), is also scheduled to attend along with representatives of NAR's partner associations.

Meanwhile, Shailender Singh, Chair, IREC 2026, said the conference aims to connect India with developments in global real estate while creating opportunities around technology, capital, sustainability and urban development.

For Hyderabad, the event comes amid continued growth in technology-led development, global business activity and large-scale real estate projects.
