Poulomi Estates Announces ‘Poulomi Florique’ Project in North Bangalore

Hyderabad-based Poulomi Estates has entered the North Bangalore real estate market with the launch of its new residential project, “Poulomi Florique.” Speaking at a press conference held at a hotel in Bengaluru on Monday, Managing Director Prashanth Rao stated that the company is stepping into the Bengaluru city with a commitment to deliver quality homes on time. He highlighted that since its inception in Hyderabad in 2005, the company has consistently delivered homes that exceed customer expectations.

He further added that Poulomi Estates aims to bring the same standard of family-centric housing to Bengaluru. The company has chosen North Bangalore as its entry point and is launching the project near Manyata Tech Park, spread across approximately nine acres. The project has received RERA approval and will feature four towers.

As part of Phase 1, two towers are currently being developed, with a total of 360 apartments scheduled for completion and handover by 2030.

Poulomi Estates Strategy Head Maruthi Rao shared that the “Poulomi Florique” project is designed as a G+27 floor development and will offer more than 50 amenities. The clubhouse alone is being developed over an expansive 40,000 square feet. He also noted that nearly 85% of the project area is dedicated to open spaces, ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents. Emphasizing the company’s philosophy, he said Poulomi Estates focuses on understanding customer needs, designing homes accordingly, and delivering them on schedule. Chief Sales Officer Sandeep Jha, Sales Head Kranti Kumar, Marketing Head Debasinha, and other team members has participated in the event.
